Exam Tips
- Schrijven (40 min): 4 writing tasks - emails, forms, short texts
- Lezen (65 min): 25 multiple choice questions based on texts
- Write short, clear sentences - simple and correct is better than complex and wrong
- Use signal words: eerst, daarna, dan, en, maar, omdat, want
- For reading: read the question first, then find the answer in the text
Official Writing Rubric (5 Categories, 10 pts max)
- Execution (0-3 pts): Did you address all parts of the task?
- Grammar (0-2 pts): Correct verb placement and conjugation
- Spelling (0-2 pts): Words spelled correctly
- Clearness (0-1 pt): Structure with conjunctions (en, maar, want, omdat)
- Vocabulary (0-2 pts): Varied word choice
